I have been licensed for 7 years and working with a variety of issues including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship conflict, and women's issues. I am certified in DBT and trained in EMDR. I use a variety of interventions in order to help clients meet their goals. I use CBT, solution focused, and humanistic. My goal in helping clients is to help them identify their personal strengths in order to feel more resilient and tackle issues with learned coping skills.
