Starting therapy can be laced with a multitude of emotions and questions. My goal in therapy is to provide you with a space to be able to explore various aspects of your life without feeling judged or restricted, to bring further awareness forward, and to facilitate growth in your life. My approach to counseling is from a holistic point of view and I believe that all aspects of your self have led you where you are today. I work alongside clients building relationships, empowering, and guiding them towards their goals.
