As an LMHC, I develop a personalized approach to each client’s needs by drawing from evidenced based practices, such as CBT, Attachment, Trauma-Focused, Psychodynamic, Culturally-Sensitive, and Person-Centered therapies. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, mood dysregulation, suicidal ideation, and trauma. I am an experienced Crisis Clinician and have 15+ years providing social-emotional support to children in school environments. I provide affirming, inclusive care, and a safe space for all identities, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we can explore the obstacles that keep you from living your best life. Together, we can work to gain insight and develop new skills and perspectives to help you heal and grow.
