I currently work exclusively with clients with intellectual disabilities. My approach to therapy comes from a person-centered framework. I empower my clients and believe in client autonomy and collaboration in treatment. One of my primary goals is to advocate for clients with ID and co-occurring mental health disorders. I provide the space and safety of non-shaming, and non-critical discussion as part of a collaborative behavioral team. I provide individual, collateral, and family sessions for clients in-house, train RBTs in pertinent mental health topics, and work closely with IBST in advocating for clients' needs.
