My ideal client is one that has struggled with ongoing depression, anxiety or trauma. I want to collaborate with my clients to help them find the tools and solutions to address these issues so they are better able to help themselves in the long run. I also provide brief solution therapy that helps those with long term mental health issues as well as those struggling with a particular situation that has impeded their ability to function at their ideal level. Whether it's CBT, DBT or ACT, I have a toolbox full of therapeutic modalities that can help with many different types of mental health struggles.
