With over 25 years of clinical experience I have been successful in partnering with my clients to attain their goals. They report feeling accepted and understood and leave therapy feeling confident and empowered with tools to better navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals and families in a supportive environment to help support change and healing. I have extensive experience dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, stress management and aging issues. My training includes EMDR, family systems, cognitive behavioral, trauma and sand tray work.
