I am a mental health clinician with a passion for working with those going through major life events. This could be young adults navigating their way through life stressors such as school, careers, relationships, and family or new moms/ dads adjusting to parental life and anything in between. My other special passion areas include working with Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, LGBTQ+ issues. I believe everyone deserves a place to talk without judgment or fear of others expectations of them. I strive to offer a welcoming and supportive space for all.
