Hello! I'm Kate Bridges, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia. My focus areas of practice are grief, loss, adoption, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I treat adults 18 years and older. I will support you with a down-to-earth, approachable treatment, that will support and challenge you, to help meet the goals you wish to achieve in therapy. I center my approach to help support each of my clients with their unique treatment needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative Therapy, and Solution approaches to help support my clients in reaching their goals for treatment.
