As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30+ years experience my intention is to provide an emotionally safe experience as you explore yourself in relation to what you are questioning or struggling with in your life. I call on complementary approaches and techniques including Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Clinical Hypnosis, and Mindfulness, to help you address your goals.
