With more than 20 years of experience as a Clinician I enjoy working with those who find themselves ready to explore ways in which they want their own lives to feel better or different. My experience is extensive in working with those who have a history of traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, stage of life changes, relationship issues, and self-esteem struggles. I also work well with those who may be experiencing new difficulties for the first time or who may be reaching out for the first time.
