Welcome, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. I work with individuals and families. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, family and relationship conflict, women's issues, career changes, OCD and self-esteem. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with life changing transitions, grief and loss, ADHD and addiction. I take a collaborative approach, utilizing the strengths and insights of each person. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where people can feel heard and understood and I work to find a balance between supporting and accepting people as they are, while challenging them to be the best you can be. Therapy is an opportunity for you to learn more about yourself and grow at your own pace.
