I believe we all have the ability to heal from life stressors and suffering. I use an integrative approach to draw upon each person's individual inner resources. I tailor the therapeutic experience to meet the unique needs of each person. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and understanding environment to openly explore and discuss issues, as well as working to facilitate growth and self-acceptance. It takes courage to seek counseling/therapy. I work to respectfully collaborate and to assist in gaining a deeper understanding, while also helping to identify solutions towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
