As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I offer services to adults and adolescents, individually, in couples or as a family. I use a systemic model of treatment designed to meet a client's specific goals to improve his or her quality of life by fostering change using internal and external resources. I provide therapy for most mental health related problems including depression and anxiety, grief and loss, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, addictions, family and relationship, divorce, anger management, parenting, blended family, child and adolescent issues, trauma and abuse. My hours are flexible and include evenings and Saturdays.
