My practice is focused on supporting healthy development. I work with parents and young children to address behavioral issues, attention problems, anxiety, and other life issues that can sometimes get in the way of children reaching their full potential. In addition to working with children individually, I also help parents develop and implement strategies to improve their children’s cooperation at home, academic achievement, social and emotional functioning, self-esteem, and coping skills. I also work with adults who are seeking strategies to increase their happiness and success while managing the stress and challenges of life.
