Living "life on life's terms" is not always so easy. Sometimes it demands changes that are hard to figure out and maneuver ...that's where counseling can help. I'm a master’s level clinician with a degree in Counseling and more than 25 years’ experience working with adults. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Grief Educator. I work from a person-centered approach, meeting each individual where they are. I'm dedicated to hearing client’s stories, helping them heal, and finding ways to live a more fulfilling life.
