I encourage clients to make the courageous attempt to engage in a therapuetic relationship working towards a more comfortable state of inner health and happiness. My goal is to provide a client with a supportive relational environment to safely express their needs and concerns, become involved in productive self reflection, clarify difficulties, set attainable goals and manage challenges including issues of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, family problems, relational problems, school problems, parenting problems, spirituality and other general life or developmental issues. Exploring past events and relationships as they inform current relationships, perspectives and situations of clients is often helpful.
