You can rely on me to provide support, resources and information that will help to guide the therapeutic journey. I use many approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness and psychodynamic interventions. However, the hallmark of my therapeutic style is to adapt my practice to my client's particular needs and provide a collaborative process.
