I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with extensive experiencing diagnosing and providing mental health treatment using an evidenced based trauma informed approach. I work with a wide range of concerns with a focus on treating problems from trauma and distress. Using a holistic approach to treatment, I am Certified EMDR provider with EMDRIA and also use many other processing interventions. I have witnessed relief from trauma-related burdens stemming from a collection of root causes or incidents.
