Working collaboratively with my clients, I provide guidance and support to assist in breaking ineffective (and often destructive) patterns. My approach is always goal-oriented and solution focused. As a person and a therapist, I am empathetic, gentle and insightful, yet honest and direct. I provide a warm, safe, nurturing environment in which clients can explore limitless possibilities and realize successful outcomes. Prior to receiving my masters degree from Fairfield University, I spent several years in Corporate America, where I consulted with top technology companies. I spent the next 10 years as a full time, stay-at-home mom.
