Past trauma and stressors have a way of unexpectedly surprising survivors at the most inopportune time leaving them feeling vulnerable, alone, overwhelmed, and stuck. Work, school, church, social events, and family functions become places to avoid because big emotions, panic, anxiety, guilt, and shame rob survivors of the self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-efficacy needed to build healthy relationships, balanced lives, and freedom. Learn to have more confidence, self-control over reactions and inner strength. I would love to join you on your journey to freedom. Together, we can learn to savor good times, create healthy boundaries, hold healing conversations, and cultivate relationships.
