My ideal clients are couples who care deeply about their relationship but feel stuck in recurring cycles of conflict, miscommunication, or emotional distance. They may feel overwhelmed by stress from work, parenting, or life demands and want help understanding why the same arguments keep happening. Their goal is not to “win” disagreements, but to communicate more effectively, feel emotionally safer with each other, and create more stability and connection in their relationship.
