I find it a joy to come alongside parents during times of challenge for their children. I listen well to hear where my adult clients have been feeling stuck and encourage them to turn towards hope and renew their faith finding motivational cues. I believe we are capable of restoring peace emotionally and spiritually. I like using nature and activities in counseling along with art to help clients process their stories. I have over 20 yrs of experience working with families also as a coach, teacher, and youth group leader. We have raised 2 children and had a foster teen son. I am skilled in interpersonal process therapy.
