I strive to create an environment that allows you to feel comfortable and accepted to work on hard things. I enjoy supporting clients to explore the connections between earlier life experiences and their current symptoms. I believe you are the expert in your own life and will assist you in seeking better understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I hope to help you notice how emotions show up in your body, learn skills to cope in healthier ways, and feel more grounded.
