My name is Kathleen D Jones, and my preferred name is Katie. The best way to describe my approach to counseling is as follows: client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. Focus areas of practice include the following: parents with children with special needs, substance use disorder recovery, individuals managing co-parenting after divorce, supporting the LGBTQ+ population, allies and extended community and families, helping those who live with chronic pain, and recovery from trauma.
