For as many years as I can remember, I've been interested in helping people understand the interpersonal dynamics. So much of life's frustrations come from how we interact with one another. In my 30 years plus of working clients of all ages, I have realized helping people understand the universal similarities we all share is key to healing. I know how hard it can be to seek help, and I also know how rewarding it can be to truly understand you own agency to examine your personal issues. Together, through strength based approach, we work to uncover the answers that already exist within you.
