I use Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-Educational Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy to assist in clients meeting goals. My approach is based on the belief that clients help to manage their counseling experience. They will learn and establish boundaries within their life that help them recognize the things they can control and what they cannot. Clients will understand that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership in which they will be expected to put in the effort for homework, be accountable, and present within counseling alliance.
