Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Northern California. I have been providing mental health services and interventions for the past 6years. Prior to that, I was providing addiction counseling. My approach is genuine and authentic, warm and welcoming. I use motivational interviewing to move you along. I have worked for 4 years in crisis intervention, stabilization, and helping you develop a plan to move forward with your life.
