My ideal client is an adult who has experienced trauma at some point in their life, and feels overwhelmed and stuck by how it impacts their life. You may feel anxiety, emotional numbness, intrusive memories, or a sense of being “stuck.” I know you want relief, not just coping! I want to help you understand how the past is impacting the present, and to move forward. I know you might feel hopeless in this moment. That this emotional baggage will be with you forever. But I have seen the positive impact EMDR has had on my patients in allowing them to feel free for the first time in forever.
