I am a faith-based counselor who walks with clients through their own treatment goals with complete regard for their inherent dignity and right to consent as image bearers of God. I use a trauma-informed, strengths based approach to help clients recover from trauma and loss as well as grow through changes and life adjustment. I specialize in helping people work through experiences which leave them feeling stuck using EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectic Behavioral therapies, helping them form new connections of insight and understanding as well as desensitize and reprocess painful experiences and memories.
