I am a licensed psychotherapist and have spent the last 22 years dedicated to providing direct service as a healing arts professional in Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Montana, and South Carolina. I provide treatment for emotional and behavioral difficulties including specialized individual treatment with young children, teens, and adults for a variety of issues ranging from depression to ADHD. I utilize a wide range of treatment options from individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy. In my daily practice I integrate traditional and holistic modalities of treatment. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems work. I emphasize the importance of the integration of all of the healing arts in order to achieve mental wellness. In sessions I use art therapy, guided imagery, meditation, and mindfulness practice.
