Which problem areas in your life do you want to begin to change? I have been successful working with clients who struggle with issues relating to Narcissistic Abuse, Anxiety/Depression, Motivation, Avoidance, Trauma, Stress, Substance Abuse, Chronic Illness and relationship issues. I am licensed in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an evidence-based treatment that has been proven to be effective to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Prior to becoming a counselor, I had a long and successful career in the financial services industry. These experiences give me the unique understanding of managing high stress environments, and the mind body connection between daily life and emotional well-being. Clients often see a reduction in symptoms and improved well-being early on in treatment.
