My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your challenges and strengths. Whether you’re new to therapy, feeling ambivalent, or have been working on personal growth for some time, I’m here to meet you where you are. I take a compassionate, balanced approach to therapy. My role is to offer both support and gentle challenges to help you gain deeper insights. I believe that therapy is most effective when we honor your pace while also confronting limiting beliefs or patterns. Spirituality is important to me, and I’m open to integrating your spiritual practices if that resonates with you.
