As a therapist I'm dedicated to working collaboratively and relationally with people aged 16 to over 100! Each person is assured to feel seen, and heard in a non-judgemental environment, where life's challenges can be explored and worked through. I draw from a variety of modalities, including; Narrative Therapy, IFS,EMDR, Gottman, CBT. I address a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, interpersonal relationships, couples, family of origin, adoption, identity, aging, grief and loss, and life transitions. The outcome being a client coming to deeper insight and personal growth.
