My work focuses on offering a steady, thoughtful space where change can occur without pressure or judgement. I work with people (and families) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and recovery-related concerns. I help clients understand entrenched patterns, strengthen emotional regulation and develop practical strategies that support lasting stability. Our work is collaborative.
