I believe meaningful change begins with connection. I work with adults who want more than surface-level coping strategies. - they want to understand themselves more deeply and find greater emotional clarity and integrity. Many of my clients feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected often despite being capable, thoughtful, and outwardly "high-functioning." Anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex family dynamics or relationship patterns are common concerns. Therapy is a place to slow down and understand what's happening beneath the surface, in a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or hold everything together. I help clients recognize patterns that no longer serve them and to develop greater self-trust and new directions.
