I offer a safe, comfortable space to explore life's challenges. My approach to therapy is relaxed and interactive and together we will create goals that will both encourage and challenge you. We know more and more how childhood trauma can impact your adult life and can lead to a host of mental health issues. I incorporate several types of therapy based on your needs. I am a Certified Trauma Professional, and also certified in EMDR therapy. Trauma can cause our brains to get "stuck". EMDR can help get it "unstuck" and help you move forward in life
