Welcome! Would you like some company on your journey? I have a come as you are approach to therapy, I enjoy meeting my client where they are and invite them to have a conversation about where they would like to go. I view myself as a guide or companion on your journey, you are the expert, I am here merely to offer some different lenses to try on and to share my observations to help aid you on your way forward. I have been meeting people in this way for over 28 years and am still learning from my clients each and every day.
