Hello, I’m Kathy! My name is Kathy Palma and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I live in Santa Monica, California but I work with clients all across the state via Telehealth. I work with adults and adolescents 15 years and over, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and relationships. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and a Psychodynamic approach to help my clients discover their inner strengths so they can increase their sense of well-being.
