Hi there, I'm Kathleen. Do you feel stressed by life and seek peace and healing? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I work with adults of all ages for individual therapy. At this time I am not scheduling appointments with children, couples, or families. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate faith and recovery principles in our work together. Whether you're dealing with feeling overwhelmed, have relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help.
