I offer a calm, grounded space where you can exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Our work is collaborative, respectful, and paced to your nervous system. Healing isn’t linear, and you don’t have to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions alone. I walk beside you with attunement and care, not rushing or fixing. You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you uncover patterns shaped by past pain and support greater self-compassion, emotional regulation, and clarity through a safe, healing relationship.
