I specialize in treating teenagers and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, preparation for college, participating in high-level sports, and relationship issues. I have worked successfully with young men navigating the transition to independence, helping them develop the confidence, skills, and motivation needed to thrive in adult life. Additionally, I support parents as they guide their children through critical developmental stages, providing strategies to maintain healthy relationships while encouraging appropriate independence and growth.
