Are you struggling with food, weight/body image? We will look deep into distorted beliefs/body connection and coping mechanisms. Everyone's life includes some difficulties, but I specialize in working with people who are struggling to deal with the aftermath of traumas such as rape, sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse, serious accidents or unresolved pain from damaging childhoods or past relationships. Sometimes your pain causes you to lash out at others in anger or retreat from life in an attempt to protect yourself. Healing and transformation is possible through the therapeutic process.
