Coming from Mexican-American heritage, I recognize the role heritage plays in shaping our lives. I work with people to bring them more in tune with this aspect of themselves and offer an opportunity for you to know your interior, psychic life by engaging with what Jung described as the “dynamic” unconscious. The unconscious references those parts split off from our conscious selves, yet these play an active role in our awakened life, influencing our thoughts, emotional states, and behaviors. I have dedicated the majority of my life working with and from this regenerative inner resource Jung calls psyche, enriching lived experience.
