One thing we are all guaranteed to experience in life is CHANGE! Our families, friends, finances, intimate relationships, our health and careers can be counted on to consistently serve up both welcome, sought-after changes, and at other times bewildering, overwhelming new issues. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients clarify those changes in their lives that have become most challenging. I seek to create the kind of warm, trusting, engaged relationship that enables my clients to explore and develop the personal insights, coping skills, and self-awareness to allow them to cope with existing and future life changes.
