In my 20+ years as a clinical/community therapist, I've worked with many people experiencing a wide range of mental heath, and life challenges. I have a relational, collaborative style and draw from numerous methodologies to develop an individual plan for and with you. My clients consistently report feeling heard, validated and empowered to keep trying.
