Welcome! Choosing a therapist can feel challenging, and taking this step is an important part of your journey toward well-being. I am a trauma-informed therapist who draws from a variety of approaches to support your unique needs. Your emotional well-being will guide our work together, whether you are navigating life stressors, processing trauma, or seeking to understand and manage anxiety that feels hard to explain. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re feeling within the context of your life experiences. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and in the driver’s seat of your life.
