My name is Kathrine Muto, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) seeing California-based patients via telehealth. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, burnout, stress, healing from complex family dynamics, and sleep disturbance. My work is best suited for adults who are looking to identify long-term solutions and building the skills needed to adapt to future concerns as they arise. Whatever work we do together, my clients are in the driver's seat and we will work collaboratively.
