I work with all ages; I especially enjoy in working with young adults going through a variety of challenges, including significant life changes, family/relationship conflict, and trauma. I focus on helping clients find their inner strength, manage stress, and work to make sense of experiences that weigh heavy. I focus on CBT and PMTO, drawing from principles of stress reduction, attachment theory, and mindfulness practice. Whether you’re adjusting to college life, facing big decisions, or simply wanting to feel more grounded, our goal is the same: to help you heal, grow, and create a life that feels like yours again.
