I specialize in working with adults navigating eating disorders recovery and with those impacted by eating disorders/diet culture . Over my years in college mental health and private practice, I’ve also developed a passion for helping people through life’s transitions—adjusting to college, starting a career, becoming a parent, empty nesting, or coping with unexpected change such as grief, illness, or relationship loss. I deeply enjoy working with individuals who are helping professionals, addressing women’s issues, working through identity and values exploration, spirituality and faith, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
