Whether you are here to reprocess trauma or to work through a difficult life transition, I am here to provide a space where you feel supported, valued, and empowered to achieve your goals. My clinical focus is in treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and other stress-related concerns. In addition to being a therapist, I have been a martial arts instructor for 11 years, which has aided me in being able to connect with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds both inside and outside of the therapy room.
